Description

The Grafton County Board of Commissioners requests proposals from A&E firms to perform a comprehensive inspection/assessment of the county courthouse, a 41,000 square foot facility, located at 3785 Dartmouth College Highway North Haverhill, NH. The Scope of Work encompasses the following two processes: 1. Perform a thorough inspection/assessment of the facility and its supporting infrastructure to determine its present condition, its supportability in terms of life expectancy, availability of repair parts, and accessibility, and its adequacy in meeting current and long-term needs of the building’s occupants. 2. Write a comprehensive report identifying everything you inspected/assessed and thoroughly document findings, deficiencies and suggested solutions, to include a cost analysis to implement those solutions.
