Description The project consists of the installation of the following: 1. Roadway - 3,200 feet of roadway improvements along West 5th Street from Raymond Road / Damascus Road to Grove Street / West 4th Street. 2. Roadway improvements include pavement resurfacing, new curbing, drive approaches, sidewalks, asphalt shared use path, street lighting, signal upgrades, street trees and storm sewer. 3. Storm Sewer - approximately 2,180 feet of new storm sewer, 11 new storm structures and 1 storm water quality structure 4. Maintenance of traffic to facilitate the construction of these improvements 5. Necessary restoration (including grading, seeding, erosion control, etc.) and other miscellaneous items required to restore the area to its original condition, or better.
