The Architect/Engineer (A/E) shall provide all Construction Documents, Construction Administration Services, Technical Specifications, and Cost Estimates, for the project at the Louis Stokes Cleveland VA Medical Center. The project will provide a reroof of the Learning Exchange building. The roof surface (located above the building s Second Floor) is approximately 9,970 Square Foot.
