Design and Build Services for Construction of Police K-9 Kennel

The new kennel is to consist of a climate-controlled single story covered structure having a footprint of approximately 900 square feet to house the Township of Bordentown Police K-9 Unit. The building should include individual kennels with an outside portion for at least six (6) individual canines. The building should also contain at least one (1) dog bathing and grooming area or cleaning area, an electrical room and an administrative office area as well as any other services contemplated by the Township. The grounds should include dog runs as well as a training area enclosed with eight (8) foot high chain link double fabric fencing. An adjacent and associated driveway should be included. The entire complex will need to be equipped with surveillance cameras.
