Description

Demonstrated capabilities and experience to provide a solution for a Riverfront Boat Dock for at least 20 boats (minimum length of 26') and an additional 80 linear feet for emergency services (Police and Fire apparatus) along the Ohio River. The primary function of the dock will be for transient mooring of private boats but Proposals can also include the ability to accommodate commercial operation of riverboats and ancillary facilities housed on a head boat. Ancillary facilities could include, but are not limited to: concessions, cafes, restaurants, and other commercial facilities.
