Description

Work include, but are not limited to, recovery from damages resulting from fire, water, wind, smoke, contamination, corrosion and any other natural or man-made disaster such as chemical plant explosion, truck hitting a building, et cetera. All activities are to be in compliance with current FEMA guidance (if applicable) and local, State, and Federal regulations. At a minimum, each firm shall have the capabilities of performing the following services: 1. Water/ Moisture Removal 2. Document Restoration 3. Mold and Mildew Removal 4. Corrosion Control 5. Wood Restoration and Preservation 6. Electronic Data/media Stabilization, Restoration of Electronic Databases (Records) and 7. Computers 8. Soot/Smoke Removal 9. Odor Removal 10. Hazardous Substance Decontamination 11. Environmental Hazard Assessment and Controls 12. General Commercial Cleaning 13. HVAC Cleaning 14. Security for the Sites to Prevent Pilfering, Theft or Vandalism 15. Provide a Standard of Compliance Plan for Disaster Recovery Services.
