The work of this Contract consists of furnishing, employing, and installing all equipment, materials, and labor necessary to complete all demolition, site work, renovation, interior and exterior alterations, surface preparations and lead paint abatement, surface recoating, piping and valving, cathodic protection system, and general and electrical construction.
