| Description | This solicitation is to establish a contract for General Contracting Services. General contractor will provide labor, materials and equipment for facility maintenance and repairs as needed, including but not limited to renovations, electrical, commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing, waste water systems, masonry, concrete, irrigation, commercial flooring, renovations and playground maintenance and repair. The initial term of 90 days commences upon the issuance of a contract by TxDOT and expires on December 30, 2022 with no option to renew. |
