The work to be done under this contract consists of the following in Washington County: 1. Implement temporary traffic control and temporary erosion control measures 2. Perform earthwork 3. Install new drainage features including pipe, manholes, and inlets 4. Construct retaining walls 5. Construct stormwater management facilities 6. Perform cold plane pavement removal 7. Construct aggregate base and asphalt concrete pavement 8. Construct concrete curbs, gutters, islands, sidewalks, raised bike lanes and driveways 9. Install permanent signing and striping 10. Install illumination and traffic signals 11. Install permanent seeding, landscaping, and irrigation system 12. Construct 66-inch asphalt lined welded steel water transmission pipeline and appurtenances 13. Install potable water pipe and appurtenances. 14. Perform additional and incidental Work as called for by the Specifications and Plans.
