| Description | Construction and installation of two (2) gateway signs for the Montclair/Westernmark Neighborhoods: 1. Sign to be made from high density polyurethane with a faux wood grain background 2. Raised letters, borders and graphics 3. Sign supported with 2- 4” x 4” aluminum white posts with caps 4. Sign posts are to be set in concrete 5. Sign will be a total of 72” in length and 48” in width to be used for the actual sign 6. Sign design details (picture) and color scheme to be finalized with the awarded company prior to construction 7. Signs will be located in ROW on Massachusetts Avenue 8. Quote shall include installation and necessary permitting for the signs |
