Grounds Maintenance for Regional Transit System Facilities

Furnish all supervision, labor, equipment and materials for grounds maintenance at the following locations: Main RTS Maintenance Facility 34 SE 13th Rd, Gainesville, FL; Rosa Parks Transfer Station 700 SE 3rd Ave, Gainesville, FL; Butler Plaza 4231 SW 30th Ave, Gainesville, FL; RTS Park and Ride Station 5700 NW 23rd St, Gainesville, FL; Old RTS Maintenance Facility 100 SE 10th Ave, Gainesville, FL; Old RTS Parking 99 SE 10th Ave, Gainesville, FL; Ground Maintenance includes mowing every 7 days from April to October and bi-weekly during the months of November through March, edging, trimming, maintenance of trees, ornamentals, shrubs, and hedges, debris removal and disposal including from storm damage, fertilizing, weeding, fence line vegetation removal, irrigation, and mulch application.
