| Description | The Project will consist of Base Bid and three Alternates. This Contract is to include furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to construct Water, Wastewater and Drainage Facilities, Detention Pond, Ancillary Structures, Pavement and Grading as shown on the plans and as per contract documents. Generally, the work includes: 1. Installation of water, wastewater and drainage facilities to the lines and grades as shown on the plans. 2. 2. Maintain and install Trench Safety Protection throughout the construction process. 3. Mark all wastewater service leads, manholes, valves and flushing valves clearly at the completion of construction. 4. Test water and wastewater lines according to City of Houston and TCEQ requirements. 5. Construction of Detention Pond, Ancillary structures, Pavement, and Grading as shown on the plans and as per Harris County Specifications. |
