Description

As of April 26, 2023, the owner is in negotiations with a general contractor, however, a company has not been awarded. This project is on hold till 2024. Construction of 48 apartments. Quote for complete build out of units per blueprints including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. Site preparation dirt work and all underground utilities will be supplied by Lambert Contracting, LLC. Bid should include a lump sum price for the build out of 48 apartment units.
