$755,000 to $805,000. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as required by the Plans and Specifications. The general items of work include, but may not be limited to, PCC curb and gutter, PCC curb ramps, PCC cross gutters, PCC sidewalk, unclassified excavation, asphalt concrete pavement, adjusting utility covers to grade, signing, striping and other associated roadway work items The Bid must include a certified or cashier's check, or bidder's bond, made payable to the City of Santa Fe Springs as agency, for an amount no less than 10 percent of the amount bid. A labor and materials bond and performance bond are prerequisites before contract execution, in the form and amount outlined in the contract documents. The agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularity in any bid received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective bids received and to take all bids under advisement for a period of 30 days.
