Description | Boulder High School Pedestrian Bridge Remediation Location: 1604 Arapahoe Avenue, Boulder, CO 80302 The work consists of repairs to bridge (See Scope of Services section of this document for more detailed information). Buyer's Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bids must be submitted via email per instructions in bid documents. One (1) complete set of required documents must be submitted / uploaded on or before the due via email. Faxed, mailed, or hand delivered bids will not be accepted. Note: Late responses will not be accepted. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure that all documents and information are submitted prior to the due date and time. The accuracy of the bid is the sole responsibility of the Vendor. No changes in the bid shall be allowed after the date and time that the bids are due. We will NOT be meeting in person for the Bid Opening. Email your bid .docx or .pdf files are preferred. If you send images/pictures please number / label the files in the order that they should be "opened". Note: please email it before the due date and time. Ask for a "receipt notification" to make sure I receive the email. Please make sure the file you send me is clear and I can read. (You may want to email it to yourself also). Required Documents: Vendor must provide all seven (7) required documents requested with their submission, in compliance with the bid instructions, for the bid to be considered complete.
