Alternations and Renovations to Camden City Hall Sixth Floor

The work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and interior renovations on the sixth floor and miscellaneous work in four (4) stair towers from the sixth floor to the first floor, associated new rooftop HVAC units, complete roof replacement of the four (4) interior lite courts, window replacement / restoration work. This work is to include providing a new roofing system over tapered insulation to achieve ¼ inch per foot slope to the roof drain. The scope also includes work such as: interior masonry partitions and column surrounds, ceilings, flooring, plumbing, HVAC and electrical work, roofing, and other miscellaneous tasks. Any and all patching required to accommodate proposed finishes is the responsibility of the contractor.

Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
