RFQ Contractor - Lead Evaluation Contractor

LEAD EVALUATION CONTRACTOR As the provider of services under the NJ DCA's Lead Assistance Program grants, Isles Inc. is seeking responses from qualified Contractors to become part of a Statewide "Qualified Lead Evaluation Contractor Pool" to provide Lead Inspection Risk Assessment (LIRA) and Lead Clearance services for the 2023-2024 Lead Assistance Program grants from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (DCA). Only contractors on the LIST OF CERTIFIED LEAD EVALUATION CONTRACTORS can respond to this RFQ. Isles Inc. intends to qualify up to 20 Lead Evaluation Contractors. The purpose of these programs are to identify and remediate lead-based paint hazards to prevent elevated blood lead levels in children and pregnant women. The program targets municipalities in New Jersey with high reported incidence of elevated blood lead levels in children under age six. We are seeking Lead Evaluation Contractors to perform LIRA and clearance service in Mercer County, NJ, with a focus on Trenton, NJ. Minority and woman-owned businesses are encouraged to apply.
