Remove and replacement existing water main (2,344 linear feet), existing wastewater main (3,070 linear feet) and existing concrete & asphaltic street, concrete driveway, and concrete sidewalk pavement (7,310 square yard) for Avenue A, Fifth Street, Fourth Street, Third Street, Second Street, and Haskell Street and all incidentals as shown on the approved plans.
