Description

**As of August 10, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The construction of a new 3,000 sq. ft. Visitor Center at Bayard Cutting Arboretum composed of two floors, one at ground and the other at basement level and the plaza with furnishings surrounding the building. Provide electric water, sanitary and data/telecommunications utility services to the Visitor Center and update the electrical service for the Manor House. Mill and pave main entrance roadway and replacement of existing parking lots with pervious parking lots that includes curbs, sidewalks, storm water drainage, parking lot lighting, plantings, and furnishings associated with the parking areas and the new Visitor Center.
