Description 1. The grass cutting equipment and/or supplies shall be furnished by the Contractor. 2. The grass shall be mowed on a scheduled basis twice per month, inside the entire fenced area and along the outside perimeter of the fence, in a neat manner, clipped and trimmed around all existing structures as closely as possible. Where applicable, cut both sides and in front of the site to the road/right away. Cut on the 1st and the 15th of each month. 3. Cuttings will commence from March 15, 2019, thru June 30, 2019 resuming July 1, 2019 through October 15, 2019. 4. The debris (limbs, trash, etc.) shall be disposed of by the Contractor. 5. No structures are to be entered, and no equipment is to be disturbed on the site. 6. A key will be provided to the Contractor for gates. Gates are to be locked following the completion of mowing. 7. Apply, as needed, herbicide around building foundations, structures, fence line and also rock lined swells. *Must have a current Pesticide/Herbicide Treatment Certification to be submitted with bid. 8. Grass will be checked each week by on call personnel to make sure the job is satisfactory before payment will be made. Payment will be made only for sites that have been cut. Contract Term: The initial contract term is anticipated to begin March 15, 2019 until October 15, 2019, with an option to extend one (1) additional one year period, if mutually agreed upon in writing. The total contract term shall not exceed 2 years.
