Description

All requests for information and clarifications regarding this project shall reference the above invitation name and be submitted via http://www.bidnet.com no later than April 07, 2023 at 2:00pmEST. The City of Douglasville is undertaking a renovation to the course and grounds at West Pines Golf Club. This project will consist of a complete driving range renovation, rebuilding Hole #5 after the completion of a sewer line expansion, improvements to the teeing complexes on the golf course, and a new putting green installed near the clubhouse. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The project includes but is not limited to the following: Design Services Designs will be provided and overseen by Bill Bergin of Bergin Golf Designs and are attached to this packet.
