State Farmers Market Road Repair

Asphalt Repairs of 18 bad areas on the roadways around the Columbia State Farmers Market Campus. The bad areas total approximately 4600 sq. ft that needs repair. As a result of this contract the contractor shall perform the following steps to repair the identified damaged roadway areas. 1. Saw cut around each bad area 3-5 inches deep asphalt 2. Dig out areas of old asphalt and haul off debris 3. Test base and re-base as needed with Dot approved aggregate 4. Install 3-5 inches of hot asphalt within each area 5. Compact with vibratory asphalt roller 6. Apply a 4-inch band of 360-degree hot tar around every patch after repairing 7. Contractor is responsible for traffic control.
