Village of Florida RBC #4 Rebuild Project

The project consists of the following: 1. Coordination with the Village of Florida WWTP Operator and/or his designatee. 2. Remove fiberglass cover and completely disassemble Rotating Biological Contactor (RBC) to the main shaft. Protect the cover, media modules and salvageable parts during the rebuild. 3. Prepare and recoat the RBC shaft as specified. 4. Furnish and install the following RBC replacement parts: a. One (1) drive unit and all associated hardware. b. One (1) drive end bearing and all associated hardware. c. One (1) idle end bearing and all associated hardware. d. One (1) torque arm mounting plate and all associated hardware. e. Thirty-two (32) single A-frames, thirty-two (32) double A-frames, sixty-four (64) A-frame attaching plates and all associated hardware. 5. Reassemble the RBC unit including cover
