Concrete Pavement Repairs At Fire Stations 10 and 12

**As per Addendum 3, this bid has been extended from 09/14/2023 to 09/21/2023. The scope of work shall include but not be limited to: Limited demolition of existing concrete pavement slabs and sidewalks, limited undercutting and construction of new compacted stone subgrade, construction of new reinforced concrete driveway pavement slabs with transverse dowels and drilled, epoxied, and greased alignment dowels, construction of new sidewalk and driveway aprons, installation and maintenance of traffic controls and safety barriers to protect the public and the work area, and cleaning, routing, and sealing random concrete cracks, and sealing new concrete joints. Contractor to coordinate with Fire Station personnel through the Work. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. Questions regarding the project or the Bid Documents must be in writing as required by the Instruction to Bidders. Upon timely receipt, if appropriate, an Addendum will then be issued to all persons who have received Bid Documents from the Owner.
