| Description | Outside plant communications cable multiyear non-exclusive Agreement with multiple contractors to provide “labor and/or material(s)” services as specified herein for Outside Plant Maintenance and Construction projects on all our campuses and locations, throughout the Tampa Bay Area. The contract period shall be for a (3) three-year period, with the option to renew the contract for 3 (three) additional one (1) year periods under the terms, conditions and pricing as stated by agreement, in writing, if it should be deemed advisable and advantageous to do so. |
