Development Services Building Interior Tenant Improvement Project

To be provided by the Firm may include Pre- Design Programming Services: Identifying with the City of Plantation staff through meetings the best layout of existing space to accommodate the services and functions of the existing two-story City of Plantation Engineering building to better serve the public. To identify Firms with substantial experience and capabilities to perform interior tenant improvements which include but not limited to space planning, design of complete interior building systems and finishes, complete replacement of HVAC systems, modifications to existing electrical systems, new fire protection systems along with new fire alarm systems. Revising plumbing supply and sanitary lines to accommodate a layout where all fixtures due to reconfiguring the space and/or modifications required to comply with accessibility requirements. Structural scope of work would be limited to providing engineering and detailing of new hurricane straps to reinforce the roof structure to meet current building code. Consultant to provide signed and sealed drawings and specifications from all professional services for bidding, permitting, and construction
