Description

Renovate Building 9: It is the intention of the Northern IN VA Medical Center (Marion Campus) to solicit bids for the following: Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to renovate the 2nd floor of Building 9. This will include demolition of existing. Installation of new walls, doors, windows, ceiling grid, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, data and finishes. An asbestos survey has been completed. The results show no asbestos-containing materials were detected. All work to be completed at the VA- Northern Indiana Health Care Marion Campus, 1700 E. 38th. Street, Marion, IN 46953. Work to be completed within 112 calendar days from notice to proceed. Justification of Work: The main goal of this project is to renovate the 2nd floor of Bldg 9.
