The successful bidder will be notified as soon as practicable by letter and the bidder must be prepared to enter into a contract to furnish the required materials or services. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals received, to waive any or all informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional proposals. .
