Description

To provide and install a single Precast Concrete Grease Interceptor and to remove and replace an existing direct buried Grease Interceptor and associated piping at the Mark Twain Congregate Living Center Kitchen.The Excavation and Installation contractor shall site clear the old interceptors, associated parts and drain piping. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, equipment and labor necessary to provide removal of the existing grease interceptor and installation of a new grease interceptor at the Mark Twain Congregate Living Center.
