| Description | Responsible experienced vendor to prep and re-finish pipe coatings at the Wastewater Treatment Plant, approximately 500 linear feet in total. This is to maintain and insure the longevity of our piping systems. Brown Pipes and Pumps Prep and Paint 1. Power wash at 4000 psi with a mild chemical solution. 2. Machine grind and/or abrasive blast 3. all rusted surfaces. 4. Apply Sherwin Williams 920 to scaly rusted areas. 5. Apply Sherwin Williams 646 to rust and bare spots. 6. Apply one or more coats of premium finish Sher-Cryl in Sherwin Williams SW4001 Bolt Brown as needed for coverage. Gray Pipes and Pumps (3 separate areas) Prep and Paint 1. Power wash at 4000 psi with a mild chemical solution. 2. Machine grind and/or abrasive blast 3. all rusted surfaces. 4. Apply Sherwin Williams 920 to scaly rusted areas. 5. Apply Sherwin Williams 646 to rust & bare spots. 6. Apply one or more coats of premium finish Sher-Cryl in Sherwin Williams SW4028 Gypsum as needed for coverage. |
