Description

Trails and Building Grounds Division, hereinafter referred to as PT&BG, respectfully requests bids from responsible and qualified firms for the construction of a 2-mile segment of the Cherry Creek Trail, from south of Hwy 86 to Castlewood Canyon State Park. The successful bidder shall provide all materials, machinery, and labor necessary to complete this project. This project will include, but not be limited to, construction of concrete trail, all necessary grading, sediment and erosion control components, fencing, bank stabilization, seeding, and clean up.
