| Description | Underwater concrete repair on the East Counterweight Tower concrete cap of the S.S. Badger Car Ferry Ramp. The underside and edges of the concrete cap have widespread spalling, section loss, and reinforcement steel exposed under the water surface. The intent of this project is to restore the concrete cap to extend the service life of the East Counterweight Tower. This project is being funded under the WisDOT Harbor Assistance Program (HAP). |
