Description

Renovation of Choral Room 125. Remove the front platform (stage), doors going into the space, theatre seating, and interior finishes. The interior finishes will be replaced with updated finishes, updated theatre seating, acoustical rated doors and the platform (stage) extended with stair rebuild ADA upgrades to the existing basement level restrooms and changes to the path of travel as illustrated.
