The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to facilitate the selection of a qualified Contractor to provide on-call orchard maintenance services in the City. The awarded Contractor shall provide the City with the best possible care to maintain the City's orchard at a level expected by the City's residents, City Council, City staff, and visitors of the community.
