Description

The City of Newport Beach (City) is requesting proposals to design for replacing the existing natural grass soccer field and softball infield with a proposed synthetic turf system and to retrofit the exiting lighting system to energy efficient LED lighting at Arroyo Park. The project area is approximately 2 acres; comprised of a full-sized soccer field (210-ft x 360-ft) and the adjoining softball infield overlapping a corner of the proposed soccer field, see Location Map, Attachment A. The park is generally bounded by MacArthur Boulevard, Bison Avenue, and Bonita Canyon Drive.
