These chemicals include Sulfuric Acid, Fluoride, Corrosion Inhibitor, Sodium Hydroxide, anti-scalant, Ammonium Sulfate, Membrane cleaning chemicals (high and low pH), and Citric Acid The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids either with or without cause, to waive technical errors and informality and to accept the bid or portion of the bid, which in its judgment best serves the District |
