Demolition of eleven (11) existing self-contained water cooled heat pump air handling equipment, three (3) water source heat pumps, and sixteen (16) roof mounted exhaust fans and the replacement of eleven (11) existing self-contained water cooled heat pump air handling equipment, three (3) water source heat pumps, and sixteen (16) roof mounted exhaust fans. The scope includes electrical, controls, ductwork, piping, and some general construction to repair back to existing conditions where walls are removed to provide access for the new installation.
