East Hampton Community Park Phase II

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project in accordance with the Contract Documents. This project includes, but is not limited to, the necessary erosion and sediment control, demolition, grading, stormwater infrastructure, curbing, sidewalks, paving, pavilions, restroom, restroom utility tie-ins, playground installation, landscaping, and any other appurtenances within the project limits that will comprise the City of Hamptons East Hampton Community Park - Phase II project. The City of Hampton reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive technicalities or informalities. The deadline to submit questions for this ITB is Wednesday, September 08, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. Questions will be answered in the form of an addendum and posted on the City website by Wednesday, September 14, 2022.
