| Description | Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) for a phased residential and non-residential demolition and/or residential and non-residential land restoration services. The work shall consist of, but not be limited to: 1. Demolishing the existing structures including excavating all foundations, slabs, and/or footings and removing all surface pavement found upon private property; 2. Removing and disposing of any and all debris; and 3. Back filling, compacting, finish grading, and seeding the area excavated and otherwise disturbed during demolition. 4. Air Monitoring Services in accordance with all rules and regulations as established by SC DHEC, OSHA and NESHAPs. In accordance with SC DHEC guidelines, a contractor licensed to do abatement cannot hire a contractor to complete the project design and air monitoring. Further, the County is seeking General Contractors to provide demolition services and hire subcontractors for project design and air monitoring services. All potential General Contractors responding to this solicitation and subcontractors must comply with this and all other state, federal and local regulations pertaining to Air Monitoring Services. | ||
