Description

In general the work consists of approximately 580 lineal feet of new direct buried steam and condensate pipes, approximately 130 lineal of of box conduit with steam and condensate pipes, one new steam pit, removal of existing steam box conduit, pipes and pits, associated surface demolition and reconstruction, including electrical, lighting, asphalt roadway, sidewalk, retaining wall, sod and landscaping.
