Carnegie Building Site Improvements

As of August 11, 2022, project was awarded to Don Schnieders Excavating Company, awarded amount is $436,107.25. Construction of: Carnegie Building Site Improvements Project The proposed work consists of site demolition; grading; excavating; reinforced concrete retaining walls; concrete steps, sidewalks, and paving; asphalt paving; storm water drainage; seeding and mulching; and other miscellaneous work for the construction of site improvements adjacent to the Carnegie Building located at 210 Adams Street. All contractors wishing to bid on this project shall submit the plan holder contact information form found in the specifications to ccpwprojects@colecounty.org prior to the bid opening. All questions regarding the bid documents shall be directed via email to Central Missouri Professional Services attention: Paul Samson, PE (psamson@cmps-inc.com). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities therein, to determine the lowest and best bid and to approve the bond.
