Description

Replace existing asphalt shingle roofing system down to plywood sheathing with new. New asphalt shingle roofing system includes but is not limited to: asphalt roof shingles, self adhering membrane leak barrier (entire roof), aluminum drip edge, nails and all necessary fasteners, plastic cement and other sealants, vent piping flashing, masonry flashing, and all other items necessary for a watertight roof system installation. Replace existing skylights with new (2 total).
