Consolidated Fuel Dispensing Point

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, is conducting research to determine the market capabilities of potential contractors to design and construct a consolidated fuel point at the ATF compound. The scope of work includes: Design and Construct a Consolidated Fuel-dispensing Facility, ATF, Ft Bragg, NC. The work consists of the following: design and construction of a consolidated fuel point at the ATF compound. Fuel point to have 10 inch concrete slab on grade, two six-thousand (6,000) gallon above ground storage tanks (one diesel/one MOGAS), GSA equivalent card reading fuel dispensing equipment. The pad area where the tanks will be installed must be 10 inches thick and will have a 6 inch secondary containment berm surrounding the tanks. Bollard protection will be provided for the tanks. The fueling area will have a lighted covered canopy, with up to three (3) lanes. An access road must be built to provide vehicle access to the fuel point. See the attached sketch.
