| Description | The contractor shall furnish all personnel, labor, transportation, equipment, supervision, tools, materials, and other items necessary to ensure the landscaping and groundskeeping services of all exterior landscaped areas tasks are completed in a timely manner at each campus throughout the year. Work shall include turf and tree management program to maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance. A monthly meeting will be held to discuss progress and complete a monthly quality audit. This will ensure our understanding of the needs of the VA and the delivery the contractor’s services. |
