6525--Special MRI Mobile Trailer Rental

Contractor shall provide installation, equipment, hook up, including venting (if needed), training, and inservice on use, maintenance and service (repair) of all Contractor furnished equipment (including a mobile trailer/unit) necessary to perform mobile Magnetic Resonance Imaging Services (MRI) at the Fargo VA Health Care System (FVAHCS). Service response time with two hours of notification. The period of performance will be 6 Months with one (1) one-month options. The estimated/target start date is March 1, 2021 but dependent upon the activation of Construction at the facility. Services shall be performed a minimum of 8 (8) hours per day, Monday thru Friday. If additional days of scanning are needed in order to catch up with scheduling backlog, down time, Holiday delays, etc. the contractor will work with the POC to establish dates and times of operation. Hard drive will need to be removed after the service is no longer needed per VHA regulations. Instructional in service on operation of the trailer and any training must occur upon start-up
