General Construction (GC) Contract 22026.000-01 The estimated construction cost is between $150,000-$250,000 The Board of Education of the Seneca Valley School District, Harmony, Pennsylvania will receive separate sealed proposals for the Entrance Sign Replacements project at CVE, Rowan and Haine Elementary Schools, under single Prime Contract, General Construction (GC). Locations- 1. CONNOQUENESSING VALLEY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 300 South Pittsburgh Street, Zelienople, PA 16063 2. ROWAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL - 8051 Rowan Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066 3. HAINE ELEMENTARY & MIDDLE SCHOOL - 1516 Haine School Road, Cranberry Township, PA 16066 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Summary Scope Description: 1. Removal of the existing monument entrance sign, foundation, and adjacent landscaping/mulch at each of the three schools. 2. Excavate and install new reinforced concrete foundations, reinforced masonry walls, cast stone plank sides and tops, and provide and install a sign cabinet. 3. Place topsoil and grass seed in the disturbed areas around the new signs to blend with the adjacent lawn area.
