Stephens Park and Riverside Park Improvements

Project work includes the installation of 2 mini-pitch/basketball courts at Stephen's Park, located at 941 6th Street in Moline. Project work also includes the installation of a new parking lot and access road at Riverside Park, located at 3300 5th Avenue in Moline. There are also several alternative bids, including resurfacing of the existing asphalt parking lot at the Garden Center, located at 3450 5th Avenue. Work also includes curb and gutter, aggregate base, driveway replacement, and sidewalk. Project Location: 4th Street and 15th Avenue and 3300 5th Avenue As per 820 ILCS 130/1, prevailing wages shall be required for this project. This project will be bid and constructed in abidance with the terms and conditions of the Illowa Construction Labor and Management Council's IMPACT Memorandum of Understanding. All contractors will submit bids based upon these terms and shall require all subcontractors to adhere to the same.
