USCG Repair of Cargo Fender Piles

This is a request for price proposals under the Fair Opportunity process of the D17 RMACC. This is for the repair and/or replacement of the fender piles on the cargo and fuel piers at Base Kodiak. Construction includes: removing existing broken timber fender piles, installing new composite fender piles and new timber fender piles, replacing miscellaneous fender pile hardware, repairing existing timber chocks and whales, and all incidental related work.
