| Description | The Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to accomplish multiple concurrent painting projects including; painting of interior and exterior surfaces in accordance with contract documents and standards of the industry at WPAFB real property facilities. The requirements below are the basis for the refurbishment. The refurbishment shall use only the existing paint systems and paint to match unless otherwise instructed by the Contracting Officer (CO) or Inspector. The contractor shall not substitute paint systems (enamel, latex, etc.) that do not match the existing paint system without approval from the CO or Inspector. All exterior painting shall conform to AMS-STD 595, Colors Used in Government Procurement. Common colors at WPAFB are 23578 (Cream/Beige) and 20099 (Brown). A site visit can be scheduled upon request. |
