Description

Bids received after the deadline will be returned to the Bidder unopened. Bidders are required to attend the Bid Opening. A Re-Cap of The Work generally consists of the following: Install owner provided pre-cast, pre-plumbed PRV Vault Dry tie connections and connect to installed vault 15 sewer main replacement (140 LF) in the vicinity of the PRV 4x New Manholes By Pass Pumping Other incidentals The work shall be substantially completed no later than October 27, 2023 and fully completed no later than December 1, 2023 . A BID GUARANTEE in the amount of 5 percent of the BID AMOUNT is required. PERFORMANCE and PAYMENT BONDS in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT AMOUNT is required. The Mount Werner Water District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and enter into a contract or issue a purchase order which, in its sole opinion, best serves the needs and interests of the Mount Werner Water District and its constituents.
